Moderator, with all due respect, did you read my post? I checked my settings already."I also made sure that the VHR information I provided during activation was accurate - it is."I know my bluetooth is properly paired and make calls all the time. During the process of the running the VHR for my vehicle, It dialed the 1-888 number and Sync informed me that is was submitted properly. If I try to re-run the VHR it will say Sync detected no changed from the last time it was ran and to check the report on my account. It's kind of hard when there isn't one there :)
