The SyncMyRide website is absolutely terrible. MicroSoft, you should be able to do better! 1) barely functional in FireFox (using WinXP) 2) extremely slow in IE (using WinXP). Frequently crashes into an error message. 3) why not have a section on the website titled "My Account" where everything I need is clustered? The titles presently used are confusing to say the least. No site map, either. 4) On some pages, the VIN of my Mustang shows up -- why not also include right there the version number of the Sync software that I've successfully loaded? 5) My 2010 Mustang has nav, and it took a huge amount of hunting to figure out that apparently it won't work with the Traffic/Directions/Info feature -- although the feature support page indicates that it is "Standard or Updateable" 6) one section ("Shop for Sync") makes absolutely no sense -- I thought it would be accessories, but it flips me out of SyncMyRide and into an advert. (Why have it at all? If needed, why not name it "Advert for Sync"?) 7) Logging in to the discussion forum the first time was also a pain -- can't start with a number, can't use spaces. How 1990's.
