Earlier this year in March, my 2010 Fusion Hybrid running Sync v3.1 was able to obtain a Vehicle Health Report without any issue.  Since that last report, it would seem that something has changed on the syncmyride.com website perhaps, as I am no longer able to obtain an updated report on the website.  As far as the car and phone are concerned, my phone is still paired perfectly and working fine, and even said the VHR I ran yesterday was transmitted successfully, however, I can't seem to find it or get to it on the website?  There used to be a "Get new VHR" button or something of that nature as I recall, but it is no longer showing up?  Am I missing something? The same master phone number used in March for the successful VHR is listed and is active on syncmyride.  Perhaps it has something to do with the new "Select a phone" interface somehow?  My phone is listed albeit under a different carrier, but I'm thinking as long as the phone is compatible with Sync itself, it shouldn't matter which phone is selected on the website? Something just doesn't seem right about this.  Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?
