All, What SYNCMyPhone does is associate a phonebook with a paticular mobile phone.  A common installation problem with SYNCMyPhone is that in order to install a phonebook onto your vehicle the following must be true: 1.  The phone that you want to associate the phonebook with must have been previously paired with SYNC 2.  When you are installing the phonebook onto your vehicle, the phone must be present This is necessary as SYNCMyPhone must communicate with your phone in order to install the phonebook onto your vehicle.   I hope this helps.  If you are still having issues, please respond to this post.

Fusionphan and WCRR Can you verify the version of SYNCMyPhone that you are running.  This can be done via Help About menu pulldown.  The attached graphic  shows the most recent release 1.1.118.  Please ensure that you are running this version.  If  you are not running this version, you can download via the web links: Windows PC - http://www.syncmyride.com/syncmedia/mediadownload/InstallSyncMyPhone.exeMAC - http://www.syncmyride.com/syncmedia/mediadownload/SYNCMyPhone.dmg
