Once I say "User Device" at the prompt, I can then control the track by saying any of those commands but it just seems odd that I keep having to repeat saying "User Device" each time I want to change a track, artist, album, genre, etc when I am already in the USB system.....like I said in the OP, not a big deal....just a minor annoyance.

I have the new Blackberry Torch and so far everything works great on it for me (Bluetooth, USB voice controls) but it seems that Sync doesn't recognize playlists when I use the Blackberry Desktop Manager to import my music and playlists from iTunes.  I wonder if there is a way to have Sync recognize the playlists as well.  Any thoughts?

I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong forum (mods feel free to move it wherever it belongs) but I couldn't find the answer to my question.....I have a 2009 Mercury Milan with nav system and Sync version 2.1.  I know there is a Sync version 3.1 out there but is it only for newer cars?  I can't seem to find the update anywhere so I'm guessing my car is not eligible for it but wanted to double-check.I also had a question about using voice commands-if I am already playing music from the USB (User Device) and want to change tracks, do I have to start over and say "User Device" after hitting the sync button or is there a way to just start at "play track example" or whatever the case may be?  I tried last night and it seems to force me to start over at "user device".  Not a big deal but it would be nice to be able to skip a step. Thanks for any insight.  Have a good day.David
