From reading everyones posts it seems like version 3.x of Sync is more compatible with iOS4 than version 2.x of Sync. The fuse pull method seemed to get things working for people with version 3.x of Sync, but I haven't seen anyone with version 2.x of Sync confirm that the fuse pull helped? At first I was very happy with Sync but over time the support has completely fallen flat and my wife has been waiting over a year to update her iPod touch because of the indexing issue with Sync, it looks like the wait will continue with iOS4, overall very disappointed especially since Apple released beta versions of iOS4 months ago. I have a feeling the Sync development team was disbanded about a year ago and poor Mike has been left to stick up for a now defunct product, bummer :-(
