I tried the Master Reset with the same results. I'd like to try older versions of SMP, but I don't have any because of upgrading to a new computer. Any chance of trying them?

My 2010 Fusion stopped seeing my cell phone after months of working properly. Even had my phonebook via the SMP software. Well I went through the process to pair my phone again with no trouble. Works fine... but no phonebook. So I downloaded ver 1.1.118 SMP. Made a new phonebook to a USB drive. The install started ok but about 10 seconds in I get the following error message... application failed to install . You may have not enough space or you may be using an incorrect version. As I said everything worked fine for months. Anyone have any suggestions?

Well again the Canadian Ford owner misses out. mmmmm I wonder how many of them will buy another Ford...I probably won't.
