Topic: Ibiza Rhapsody Player (Haier)

I have an Ibiza player and I love it, but I can't play it through my Sync using the USB port. Is there anyone I can contact so they can provide an update to my Sync so I can use my Ibiza?

I doubt a new release of Sync will fix your problem or come out any time soon.  You might look to see if there is a USB or Storage mode on the Ibiza.  In this mode, it will show up as a hard drive on your PC.  If there is such a mode, that should work with Sync.
