Earlier this year in March, my 2010 Fusion Hybrid running Sync v3.1 was able to obtain a Vehicle Health Report without any issue.  Since that last report, it would seem that something has changed on the syncmyride.com website perhaps, as I am no longer able to obtain an updated report on the website.

As far as the car and phone are concerned, my phone is still paired perfectly and working fine, and even said the VHR I ran yesterday was transmitted successfully, however, I can't seem to find it or get to it on the website?  There used to be a "Get new VHR" button or something of that nature as I recall, but it is no longer showing up?  Am I missing something?

The same master phone number used in March for the successful VHR is listed and is active on syncmyride.  Perhaps it has something to do with the new "Select a phone" interface somehow?  My phone is listed albeit under a different carrier, but I'm thinking as long as the phone is compatible with Sync itself, it shouldn't matter which phone is selected on the website?

Something just doesn't seem right about this.  Has anyone else experienced this issue recently?

I just had my dealer upgrade my 2009 Ford Escape with the version 2.1 firmware Wednesday Morning. I logged into the website here to setup and activate the service. I then got it set up and ran it on my escape at around 12:30pm. After activating, it said that the record has been successful. Well it is now 11 hours later 11:30pm and I have not received an email regarding it nor is the report showing up on the website. I try to run the report again but it won't since no changed have occurred on my vehicle since I last ran it. I cleared my internet cache and logged back in... I also made sure that the VHR information I provided during activation was accurate - it is. I'm assuming since this is the first report this vehicle has ran it may take a while... But 11 hours? Really? Is there anything else I can do to make this work?

@Todd-W @DLHguy1

Are you still having concerns in retrieving the Vehicle Health Report? If the concern persists, you may want to re-check your VHR configurations and phone number in your account, and also check the Bluetooth settings and volume control on your phone. If you need further help to troubleshoot the concern, the SYNC Support Center contact information can be found through the Contact Us page located here: http://www.syncmyride.com/Own/Modules/PageTools/ContactUs.aspx

I am having the same issue.  I have double checked my phone settings and caller id block is off.  I can access services: GPS Nav, traffic, weather, sports scores etc. . .

I have run the VHR about 10 times in the last 2 days.  I tried it with setting on 2 different email addresses and with txt msg option.  I all VHR say they have been successfully submitted, but I don't get anything on phone, email or on syncmyride.com

I ran the software update and it claims I am up to date with 3.1 software.

BT works for streaming Music/Video sound and making receiving phone calls.  USB works to control iPod Touch and thumb drives.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Moderator, with all due respect, did you read my post? I checked my settings already.

"I also made sure that the VHR information I provided during activation was accurate - it is."

I know my bluetooth is properly paired and make calls all the time. During the process of the running the VHR for my vehicle, It dialed the 1-888 number and Sync informed me that is was submitted properly. If I try to re-run the VHR it will say Sync detected no changed from the last time it was ran and to check the report on my account. It's kind of hard when there isn't one there :)

Sorry about that DLHguy1. I just wanted to make certain that affected users first perform the initial troubleshooting steps, but you have obviously already done that. If you do contact the SYNC Support team, please also make them aware of the date and time in which you attempted to run a VHR. We are currently investigating the situation and I will report back when there is an update and will provide next steps. In the meantime, thank you for your patience.

Update - There was a server concern which delayed the transmission of some Vehicle Health Reports for the past couple of days. SYNC customers who previously requested a VHR should now be able to view them on the website. Sorry for the inconvenience.
