Topic: Songs delay 2 seconds before playing

Since my upgrade to Itouch 3.0 software, all songs take a 2-3 second delay before playing that did not happen before. I checked to see if it is built into the ipod like that but even when i skip a song it does that. Anybody expeience the same problem?
