Installed SYNC 2.1 and now website doesn't show my SYNC version and doesn't allow me to see any updates/info... What gives?

Ok, looks like it was a temporary website glitch? It works now and correctly shows that I have SYNC 2.1 installed.

I'm gonna test it with Nokia phone which had bluetooth issues in SYNC 2.0 and let you know if it was fixed. Thanks for releasing this update!

Ok, great.  What time was your first attempt?

Don't remember exact time, but I guess I have installed 2.1 upgrade probably about half-an-hour before my original post and I keept trying to access my status page on website till late night. When I logged in in the morning it was working and showing my vehicle as having ver.2.1.

I did run a vehicle health report yesterday night and it was sent out, but for some reason it's still not showing on the website. Is there any way to force to re-run it on the vehicle?

Thanks for the feedback - I'll check that.  You should be able to run another report after driving 50 miles.

I did the sync 2.1 update, or at least I think I did. LOL. I did everything described on the sheet. Sys rebooted, I got the voice confirmation for sys updated. pressed Media to backout. Is it a problem that it took maybe 10-15 minutes?

10 - 15 minutes is normal.  No worries, first time I did the update i was mildly paranoid as well :-)

I upgraded to 2.1 over the weekend.  During the update process, the first voice message saying "update complete" occurred after about 60 seconds.  The system then went into reboot mode, and the second "update complete" message came on after about 8 minutes.  The system then put up a display message saying Update Complete.  At that point, I returned to the home screen and removed my USB stick.

I also upgraded to 2.1 over the week-end and it fixed my VHR problem;prior to upgrade, I would get the "VHR unable to be sent at this time";did the upgrade, with an experience similar to all else posted here; pleasantly surprised to see both BT phones were stil paired and all data retained(including Quick Dials); was able to send a VHR and see it on my web site and got an e-mail notice about same; all in all, SYNC worked as it should have...car is a 2008 Sable with nav..of course, I haven't been able to run it on the road as I am presently sidelined for a couple of weeks, but everything seemed fine in the driveway!!

If I want to upgrade from 1.3 to 2.1 do I still have to bring my vehicle to the dealer?
