I am unable to open the program. I am getting the following error: SYNC My iTunes Error An unexpected error has occurred during execution of the main script ImportError: dlopen(/Volumes/SYNC My iTunes/SYNC My iTunes.app/Contents/Resources/lib/python2.6/lib-dynload/aem/ae.so, 2): no suitable image found. Also I'd like to question about this process, as the eMail sent to allow me to download the product mentions that it has been tested on MAC OS X 10.4....  I question if this will pose any issues with Snow Leopard and the 10.6.x series, as my MacBook Pro is running this for the 64-Bit compatibility... I've had a few vendor applications which have had some issues with the 10.6 conversion (Such as Norton and I know that VMWare also offered a patch for better 32-Bit S.L. compatibility).

Before installing I'd love to hear about this piece...

I am running Mac OSX 10.6.1 Installed the Sync my ride program and ran it. It said it needs to check the itunes library, and it opened itunes. It then shows a progress bar 13 of 1403 tracks and playlists searched, Time remaining 00:00:00, and then it just sits there doing nothing at all. Maybe it doesn't like snow leopard 10.6? Why was it tested on 10.4? Thats not even close to current OS either.....

I got the application to load but mine stalls at 13 of 1925 tracks and playlists searched. Time remaining 00:00:00. I also have Snow Leopard running on mine.

Not much different here.. seems stalled at 9 of 1348 on my MacBook Pro running 10.6.1..

I may try it on my older PowerMac G4 later today and see if it does any better there.

I am running the SYNC My iTunes for mac on my Mac mini (1.83Ghz ICD2) running os x 10.6.1 with no problems. Launches each time, runs through my 2000 songs and notifies me what needs changed (if anything) and then allows me to fix it. No errors or problems on my end using my intel mac. Now, when trying it on my iBook G4, which uses a 1GHz PowerPC processor and os x 10.5.8, the program launches, runs, but when it gets down to the very end, it would get stuck with all songs being checked, 0:00 time remaining, but not allow you to move forward to fix the problems.

Hi all,

Thanks for all the feedback so far. I just wanted to advise that SYNC My iTunes (Mac) has been tested in Mac OS X 10.6.1, and it should also work with 10.3 versions or greater. To address some of the posted concerns, we will be e-mailing our beta-testers an updated version of the application in the next little while. Hope this helps,

Mike
